Clear Creek County Assessor's Office

Colorado law requires the county assessor to hear challenges to  property valuations beginning no later than May 1, 2010.  The assessor will be available at the Clear Creek County Courthouse during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to hear objections and protests to valuations for the 2010 assessment of real property.

Objections to taxable valuations for 2010 must be postmarked, faxed, E-mailed, or in person no later than June 1, 2010.

Information for requesting a review of valuation and for filing an objection is available at the assessor's office.

For your convenience, the following form may be downloaded,  filled out and submitted to the assessor's office via mail, fax or in person.

In response to your protest, a Notice of Determination will be mailed to you with a postmark date of no later than June 30, 2010.
