Treasurer: Help Us to Serve You Better...

Property owners are responsible for tax payments even if they never receive a notice -- That is the law!!!!
 
Taxpayers have the option of making two (2) Half tax payments OR 
One (1) Full tax payment
           First Half Payments are due:    Last day of February
           Second Half Payments due:     June 15th
                      OR
           Full Payment due                    April 30th
In Colorado, taxes are billed in the following year, for example, 2002 taxes are due and payable in 2003.

PLEASE READ YOUR TAX NOTICE..........

Check the "Information Box" on your Tax Notice for any special information.
If there is a tax lien on your property, it will so state on your notice.
When paying in person, Please bring your tax notice.
If you require a paid receipt, include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
We do NOT send a notice to your mortgage company. Please, check your notice and then send a copy to your mortgage company.
If you are advertised on the Delinquent Tax List, your name cannot be removed from subsequent issues!!!!!
