I am pregnant or think I may be pregnant, what kind of assistance can I get locally right now and when the baby comes?
Free pregnancy tests are offered and assistance with enrolling in local programs is given to ensure a healthy pregnancy.
Some of the programs offered are:

Woman, Infant and Children Program (WIC); an income-qualifying education and nutrition program for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five years of age.
Medicaid enrollment assistance.
Child Health Plan Plus (a health insurance program for uninsured or underinsured children).
Baby and Me Tobacco Free (education and incentive program for pregnant mom and new mother’s to quit tobacco).
Nurse Family Partnership (a visiting nurse program for first-time mothers)
Referrals to medical providers and resources.
