PUBLIC NOTICE
REVISION OF SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT FEES AND POLICIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a revised
fee and policy schedule has been proposed for the Solid Waste Department. The Clear
Creek County Board of Commissioners will convene a public hearing to establish
a fee and policy revision schedule which will include current operating
procedure policies and a schedule of proposed fee revisions. These fees provide for the recovery of a
reasonable amount of the cost of the operation of the facility. This fee and policy schedule will be
determined at a regularly scheduled meeting on the 1st day of April 2009 at
10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Clear Creek County Courthouse,

and inclusions may be viewed at: the Transfer Station Office, Wednesday through
Saturday from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM, and 12:30 PM to 4:15 PM, located at 1531
County Road #140 (Soda Creek Road) in
Idaho Springs; the Road and Bridge Department reception desk, Monday through
Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, located at 3549 County Road # 312 (Stanley
Road) in Dumont; and the Clear Creek County Courthouse reception desk, Monday
through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at 405 Argentine Street, Georgetown.
