Human Resources - A Human Resources Department is responsible for leading an organizations' management of its human capital.  This includes providing expert administration of benefits, recordkeeping, compensation, employee relations, risk management and safety (such as workers' compensation), recruiting, and performance management.    

There are two other divisions of service which are managed by the Human Resources department:   

Payroll
- is the process to produce paychecks for employees.  

CAPP Insurance - Casualty and Property claims information is collected via the CAPP Insurance Liaison, currently Deborah Lamberti or in her absence, Diana Wickham, and sent on to our insurance provider, County Technical Services, Inc.
