Human Resources is responsible for leading an organizations’ management of its human capital. This includes providing expert administration of benefits, employee record keeping, compensation, employee relations, risk management and safety (such as workers’ compensation), recruiting, and performance management. There are two other divisions of service which are managed by the Human Resources department:

Casualty and Property claims information is collected via the CAPP Insurance Liaison, Debbie Dhyne or Cate Gremillion, and sent on to our insurance provider, County Technical Services, Inc.
