Executive Session to receive legal advice

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving direction related to the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest in five mobile home parks currently for sale in Clear Creek County; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiation; or determining negotiating strategies; or instructing negotiators with regard to that transaction. 

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to C.R.S. § 30-11-107.5 and collection of the County’s lodging tax.
