Executive Session to receive legal advice

  • Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to the requirements of the intergovernmental agreement with the Clear Creek Fire Authority.
  • Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving direction related to the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest in five mobile home parks currently for sale in Clear Creek County; and 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to acquisition of those mobile home parks.
  • Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to the County’s Open Space Commission.
