CLEAR CREEK COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY Executive Session to receive legal advice – Peter Lichtman
  • Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving direction related to the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest in four mobile home parks currently for sale in Clear Creek County; and 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to acquisition of those mobile home parks.
