Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the Board of County Commissioners to confer with the County Attorney for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning proposed legislation, including legislation regarding Automatic Vehicle Identifications Systems (AVIS speed cameras – HB 26-1071) and Bustang funding; and, 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to the proposed legislation.
