Executive Session to receive legal advice

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining County dispatch communications services; and 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to County dispatch communication services.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning potential claims arising from the death of C.J. Glass.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to financing and funding mechanisms for purchase of four mobile home parks in Clear Creek County.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of: determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to an agreement to transfer of assets of the Slacker to the Clear Creek County Metropolitan Recreation District.
