Special Meeting

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning potential claims arising from the death of C.J. Glass.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the County Attorney to meet with the Board of County Commissioners for the purposes of: 1) receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining County dispatch communications services; and 2) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to County dispatch communication services.

Please note:  This meeting will be held at the animal shelter at 500 West Dumont Road, Dumont, CO 80436.

Please note:  This portion of the meeting will be held at the Clear Creek County Health & Wellness Center at 1969 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, CO 80452
