CLEAR CREEK COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE
AMENDING THE CLEAR CREEK COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that amendments to the Clear Creek County Zoning Regulations will be proposed to the Board of County Commissioners, Clear Creek County, State of Colorado. This is regarding amendments to numerous sections of the zoning regulations as they relate to apparatus such as zip lines and other amusement type uses.
Planning Commission Public Hearing Date: WEDNESDAY, July 17, 2013, AT 6:30 P.M. in the Idaho Springs City Hall, 1711 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, Colorado.
Board of County Commissioners’ Public Hearing Date: TUESDAY, August 27, 2013, AT 10:30 AM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at the Clear Creek County Courthouse, SIXTH and ARGENTINE Streets, GEORGETOWN, COLORADO, where and when all parties may appear and be heard.
(All Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioner meetings are subject to change, without further notification. Please contact the Planning Department if either of these cases have been continued or the meeting date and/or time has been changed).
