The property type on the Assessor’s website is not the same as the zone district. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (303) 679-2436, or fax (303) 569-1103 with a legal description and/or tax schedule number, and the last name of property owner for the property in question to verify your zone district. The County zoning maps may be viewed on-line
