When are tax notices mailed?
Property Tax Notices are mailed by the end of January to the owner of record, as their name and mailing address are listed on the Tax Roll. Failure to receive a property tax statement does not exempt the taxpayer from timely payment of taxes due. You have the option of making One (1) Full tax payment OR two (2) half payments. First Half Payments are due: Last day of February Second Half Payments due: June 15th OR Full payment due April 30th. If you have not received a tax notice by February 1st, please contact the Treasurer's Office.
