On behalf of Clear Creek County, CCTS, Inc. invites qualified firms to be considered for Plumbing and Mechanical Contractor services to complete replacement of natural gas fired boilers at the Clear Creek County Courthouse at 405 Argentine Street in Georgetown, Colorado. The Scope of Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing boilers and associated piping and venting, installation of new boilers and associated piping and venting, as well as minor electrical work associated with the foregoing.

Bid documents are available for download at the Clear Creek County website (www.co.clear-creek.co.us). Prospective bidders must register as a planholder to be considered for the project. Addendums and other documents will only be provided to registered planholders. Register via email to e-mail. Emails must state "CLEAR CREEK COUNTY" in the subject line.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held October 11, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at 405 Argentine Street, Georgetown, Colorado in the Lobby.
