Marijuana Licensing and Excise Tax Information

Colorado Amendment 64 passed on November 6, 2012 outlining a statewide drug policy for the use of cannabis. On September 24, 2013, Clear Creek County adopted licensing requirements that allow the sale of marijuana. The documents below will explain the requirements for growing and selling marijuana, along with manufacturing marijuana products.
