Packages and Books mailed to an inmate without prior Administration approval will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
An inmate must submit a "kite" to Programs and/or Administration to obtain pre-approval for any books or packages, prior to being mailed.
Please be advised that all letters and packages will be opened and inspected prior to being given to the inmate.
