Investigations

The Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office Investigations Division is responsible for the investigation of crimes against persons, property crimes and narcotics crimes. This Division is also responsible for the collection, processing, and storage of evidence from crime scenes.

Detectives and technicians conduct follow up investigations to identify and locate criminals and gather evidence that can be used to obtain successful prosecutions.

The Investigations Division is also responsible for the registration and monitoring of sex offenders within the county. Information about sex offenders may be obtained by calling one of the detectives.

Information about missing or recovered property may be obtained by calling the Evidence Technician/Property Custodian.
